We purchased 6 windowa and a door from window works on Boyd ave. The service was excellent. The salesperson, Dave, was extremely helpful, knowlegeable and pleasant. He guided us towards the right choice for our home and we are very pleased with the results. Installation was a breeze and everyting looks great. I wouldd definitely recommend Window Works to anyone!

Skylights Unlimited did an excellent job from beginning to end. They responded to my call right away and Denis came to take a look at my place to see what was possible and explain every detail in a way that made it easy to explain. Once the deposit was paid I was kept in the loop for the scheduling process. The crew arrived right on time each day of the installation. Their knowledge of skylights was unbelievable! They were very professional, polite and cleaned up every last bit of debris before leaving. I have no hesitations recommending them to anyone! I will contact them again in the future for more skylights!

Do not use this company. Product is made of cheap materials, installer did not have a clue what he was doing. Left two holes in our ceiling which we had to fix at our own expense, on top of the the full fee paid to sky-tech, cannot get installer out to fix issue. Owner laughed at us and said we were over reacting, not a big deal to have holes in ceiling and poor seals. Installer has been harrassing and threatening us and police have been involved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We got a Cossins window last year, cause our current window was a slider in which snow blew through and cossins had a showroom close to our house with hours which we could make. We made to mistake of not getting other quotes. We paid high end price for a low quality window. $1700 for a 2m x 1.5 m with 1/3 casement and the rest picture.
Now that we're looking at getting other windows on the house replaced we've been getting multiple quotes, and the thing that other companies keep telling us is that the window is weird or you were ripped off. Now that I know better I would definitely go elsewhere. Supreme has decent windows for a good price. SIS installs really high end windows, all weathers are about the same as supreme in quality. I think we might do western windows though for the rest of the house.

John Hewitt showed up as planned, with all the necessary tools and equipment for our Solatube installation. His professional work experience gave us all the confidence required to hire him for the job. We award John for his careful decisions and patience in regards to the placement of our Solatube skylight. Our previously dark kitchen was in desperate need of natural light. Your product performs extremely well and couldn't be represented by a more thorough person than yourself. We would recommend any one in need of a Solatube to John, knowing he will offer kind advice in advance of any install. We can't thank you enough, all the best!

What a disaster!

The roof was done but the owner of the company refuses to take responsibility for the many problems. Unfortunately, Dave Jonescu does not return calls either. I would strongly advise using a different roofing company!!

This company was uable to design certified enginers drawing to meet my specifications as promised at the point of sale. I have spoken and communitcated with company owner , Jim MacLaurin, on several occasions and to date he has not given any indication that he intends to return my deposit as ordered by BC Small Claims court in Dec 2008.

Based on my dealings with the company owner I found this company to be lacking a customer focus and an acceptable level of customer service.

Beware and think twice before doing any business with this company.
